Amy's Bio

My name is Amy Logan and this is my first book, titled A Girl With A Cape™.

It’s a story of how the little things add up to be the big things even when we don’t realize it; of how our words are so powerful when we speak them to others; and that what we say and how we say it can really become our “superhero cape” - our way to build each other up. It’s the story of how this little girl’s mom makes her aware of all the good that she does, and praises her for it; that children learn from how we as adults respond to things, take notice, and treat people.

About me?
I am married and have 2 awesome kids, Sadie and Scott, who inspire me every day. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology and a Masters Degree in Teaching. The plan was for me to start teaching once my kids were in school, but a different opportunity came along which allowed me to continue staying at home with my kids.

I started with a Direct Sales company in 2004 and basically, it’s been my job to help make women feel great about themselves ever since, and to teach others do the same. I have trained, mentored, and inspired (that's what they tell me, anyway!) thousands of people. Pretty cool when you have a passion for the positive!
